What is NixNodes and who are we?

We are a small group of coders/network operators/tech enthusiasts.

We operate irc.nixnodes.com, internet autonomous systems, participate in an active internet simulation and strongly believe in running servers from our moms basements.

Why? To learn and explore new and old technologies, connect with people and just for the heck of it.
